Congratulations to Andrew Crowe; Hugo Fulkner; Luke Fitzpatrick; Josh Gill; Alex Lynch; Sam Maxwell; Peter Montgomery; Ben Pasley; Tom Whelan and Louis Puech on their selection for the Leinster Under 16s Boys squad announced at the start of the week!
Angus Dunlop is also one of the team Assistant Coaches, so plenty of Rovers Representing on and off the pitch! Tournament details are TBC and you can find the full squad announcement below:

Subs 2020/2021
The Subs link is now live, and 2020/2021 Subs are NOW DUE. The cut off date is OCTOBER 1st, 2020. You must have paid in full or at least 1 instalment, an option with Senior and Student subs.
1. If you have not paid in any way by the cut off date you will not play as you will not insured.
2. If you are paying a Student sub you must have a valid Student card available to view upon request.
3. Subscriptions are a vital source of income at the start of any season, even more so now due to the current environment that the club is operating in.

Only 2 fixtures on the cards this weekend and no Junior Activity up at Grange Road due to current Covid-19 Level 3 Restrictions currently in place for Dublin. Good luck to the Men’s ad Ladies 1s in their opening games of the 2020/2021 season, we are all glad to see competitive back at Grange Road!
FIH Pro League
Congratulations to our very own Ali Keogh who was part of the #ThirdTeam as the Women’s FIH Pro League, and international Hockey of some form, returned with Germany playing host to Belgium in Dusseldorf! Congrats Ali on once again representing herself and Rovers with aplomb on the International stage!

Training Times
The training times for the coming season are as follows:
Mens 1s: 19:00 – 21:00, Tuesdays & Thursdays, Front Pitch
Mens 2s: 19:30 – 21:00, Thursday, Front Pitch
Mens 3-6s: 19:30 – 21:00, Tuesdays, Back Pitch (Until end of September), 19:00 – 20:30, Front Pitch (October on)
Ladies 1s: 19:30 – 20:30, Mondays & 20:30 – 22:00, Wednesdays, Front Pitch
Ladies 2-3s: 20:30 – 22:00, Mondays & 19:00 – 20:30, Wednesdays, Front Pitch
A few training session reminders:
- You must have filled out a health declaration form ahead of participating in a session, this must be filled out at least 2 hours BEFORE the start of the planned session by *all participants. i.e. it must be filled out by 5.30pm at the latest if the session starts at 7.30pm
- Bring only minimal possessions for your training session
- Do not linger after the session
- Arrive no earlier than 10/15 minutes before the pre-arranged time.
- Travel to the session individually as much as possible
- Do not use dugouts, or touch any equipment unnecessarily
*this includes umpires, team managers, physios, etc. not just playing members.
