Three Rock Rockets; our club is welcome new members with special needs

Announcing the Three Rock Rockets!

Do you know a child or young adult with an intellectual disability who would like to learn how to play hockey?

We are delighted that Three Rock Rovers HC is starting a ParaHockey section as part of our club.

Who is this for: Children over 12 – no upper age limit with intellectual disabilities

What day: Tuesday’s 6.30-7.30 (this is just before our Men’s first team train, so our Three Rock Rockets can get to know our men’s team and see the skills that they have!)

When: Starting Tuesday 8th November and we will run for 10 weeks (dates to follow)

Cost: €100 per child, which includes the coveted Club spiro, membership of the club, including insurance.

How Many? To start we are looking for 10 ParaHockey players so that we can create a ParaHockey team

Who will coach? Niall Denham, TRRHC Men’s First Coach, Irish Under 16’s Boys Coach and Siobhan Madeley, Level 1 Hockey coach and a B.Education

Want to know more? Contact Siobhan 08790663679 or shivmade@msn.com

There are ONLY 10 places and they will be assigned on a First Come first Served Basis, but anyone who wants to come and have a look to see what we are about, call into the club anytime or check us out on threerockrovershc.com.
