TRRHC is proud to have been announced as hosts of two senior internationals in the coming month!

Irelands womens team will host Scotland over a 3 game series from the 2nd-4th of November, with our club hosting two of the three games.

Our hosting comes off the back of the installation of the new pitch, and the opening of the Wooden Spoon café over the summer. With our top class facilities, we are delighted to be given the chance to showcase them on an international stage.

Those who often attend internationals will know that it is not every day that they are played away from the national pitch in UCD. To be chosen to host them is a honour and one which we are looking forward to experiencing.

Speaking to the IHA, coach Darren Smith also spoke about looking forward to facing Scotland at our ‘fine facility’. (http://hockey.ie/news/342663/Internationals_set_for_Three_Rock_Rovers_and_Alexandra_College)

For all of our juniors, school children will be admitted for free, while there will also be an opportunity to meet and greet the girls at the end of both games for photo signing. The Wooden Spoon will be open with refreshments so please come along and support our club in its hosting of these international games.

The first game takes place on Sunday the 2nd of November at 6pm, while the second game will be on Monday the 3rd at 7pm.
