TRR to host EYHL Provincial Play-off Knockout Finals

The club is delighted to be hosting the EYHL Provincial Play-offs Knockout Finals Stage on April 23rd & 24th. We are continually developing Three Rock Rovers infrastructure so it offers players, officials, media and spectators the best possible environment to respectively perform, administer, support, celebrate and promote Irish hockey. As ever, events like this cannot run without volunteers. Junior Girls Hockey

Hard luck to our girls Minor A team (pictured above with coach Luke Madeley) and Junior A team who lost their respective semi-finals last weekend. The Minor A’s finished up 1-1 at full time against Muckross before going to a shoot-out which ended 2-1.
The Junior A’s fell 3-0 to Hermes, but still have their plate semi-final on 13th March.

U16s Boys Hockey

The U16 A’s had a win against Clontarf last Friday, their 100% record intact.

A massive congratulations to players Nick Judge, Luke Adams, Robert McCollum and Alistair Empey who have been selected for the Irish U16 boys squad to play Scotland in Glasgow on 25-27th March 2016. Harry Lynch was also selected as part of the extended panel. We wish them and coach Niall Denham the best of luck!

100minds Charity Hockey Tournament

A 7-a-side hockey tournament is being held in St. Gerard’s School, Bray on 20th March to raise 1000 euro for this year’s 100minds charity ChildLine. Entry is 150 euro per team (max 10 players) and it is set to be a fun-filled day of hockey, music as well as complimentary BBQ!
